Approved 02/27/07
Ms. Carlisle Peck was unable to attend the meeting , Ms . Thomas offered to take notes for the
meeting .
Attached is the survey with all the changes from the last meeting incorporated with ONE
exception : I still need to call Monika Roth to ask her about question 3.a . 6. and 7 . about small and
large agriculture. Also, here are the rare bit of notes from the last meeting :
The committee discussed question 4. b. about municipal water and sewer and decided to leave
this question in with knowledge that the community will be polled again about water by the town ,
but with slightly different goals .
Jennifer Wapinski has resigned . Liz Thomas nominated Charles Schlough as Jennifer's
replacement. All members voted in favor. Sue Poelvoorde will contact Charles .
The group discussed and finalized edits to the survey. Liz Thomas will incorporate the changes .
The next steps include:
1 ) gathering addresses for mailing the. survey,
2) developing focus groups to work on areas of the plan in more detail ,
3) outlining the scope of work for a professional planner. Hire the planner to help analyze the
results of the survey, focus groups , and present results to the public. The village used Crystal
Buck from the county (?)
The next meeting is February 27 at the Town Hall .
