TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE
AQUIFER PROTECTION PERMIT
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 178-46 of the Code of the Town of
Cortlandville, a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville,
County of Cortland, New York, on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 5:00 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as the parties may be heard, via Zoom video and telephone conferencing concerning an
application for an Aquifer Protection Permit.
The application is by David Yaman for the purpose of constructing a multi-phased
warehouse/manufacturing facility; one 38,000 square foot building, four 30,000 square foot
buildings and one 20,000 square foot building, with associated driveways, parking areas, loading
docks, utility services, stormwater management facilities and landscaping. The property is
owned by Cortland Commerce Center, LLC, and is located at 839 NYS Route 13, tax map
#95.00-10-01.110 & 95.00-10-11.200.
The property is located within the Aquifer Protection District (Area 1: Primary Aquifer Area) of
the Town of Cortlandville, is within the Wellhead Protection Zone (Zones 1a & 1b), and is
located in a Zoning District denominated I-2 (General Industrial).
At the time and place of said hearing all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard.
