AQUIFER PROTECTION PERMIT
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS I3EREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 178-46 of the Code of the Town of
Cortlandville, a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville,
County of Cortland, New York, on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom video
and telephone conferencing concerning an application for an Aquifer Protection Permit.
The application is by C'Ville LLC, to retool an existing manufacturing plant; add 1,200 sq. ft. of
mechanical space, construct a new truck scale/approach, and pave an additional small area, for
property located at 3156 Byrne Hollow Crossing, tax map #105.00-01-17.000.
The property is located in the primary area of the Aquifer Protection District of the Town of
Cortlandville, in Wellhead Protection Zone lb, and is located in a Zoning District denominated I-
2 (Light Industrial, Office, Business Park).
At the time and place of said hearing all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard.
