SPECIAL BUDGET WORKSHOP

Mr. Austic opened the meeting and explained all the accounts that have PS after them are
payroll accounts and continued explaining what is included in all the other CE
accounts .
Mr. Austic has made the changes that were discussed after the October 4th presentation
of the 2006 Budget, and provided the Board with a summary of the 2006 budget
considerations and current fund balances, as requested at the budget presentation meeting
10/04/05 .
The changes made at this meeting are as follows :
