SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
MAY 3, 2005
PRESENT : Supervisor Doug Austic , Town Councilpeople Roxanne Marino and Don
Ellis (arrived after 8 : 15 pm) ; Town Clerk Marsha Georgia; Attorney Bruce Wilson.
Note : These minutes reflect the changes made to the law. The Town Board
discussions are available by listening to the tapes on file. Mr. Coogan was not
available to make the changes to the electronic document.
Mr. Austic called the meeting to order at 6 : 30 PM .
REVIEW OF SUBDIVISION (after the editor finished).
ARTICLE I
1 . 1 Declaration of Policy
3rd paragraph - 1st sentence change the can to shall

Any place the term Plat is used insert licensed survey map after

Add in a definition for Plat

No further changes or corrections were heard .
The Board will give these changes to Mr. Coogan who will forward them to the editor
and than the Subdivision document will be merged with the Zoning Law for a final draft
copy to be distributed and copied for the public hearing .
