SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
AUDIT
FEBRUARY 26, 2005
PRESENT : Supervisor Doug Austic , Town Councilpeople Lee Scott, Robert Weatherby;
and Don Ellis ; Roxanne Marino absent; Town Clerk Marsha Georgia; Court Clerk
Michelle Townley.
Mr. Ellis made an announcement at the beginning of the audit procedure that he did not
intend to participate in the Town Board Audit because of his previous statement that he
wishes an outside auditing firm perform the audits .
The Town Clerk ' s, Town Tax Collector, Justice Court Records and Supervisor Records
were audited and the "Checklist For Review" was followed as provided by NYS
Comptrollers Office . Mr. Weatherby, Mr. Scott and Mr. Austic signed off on the reviews
and Mr. Ellis refused . Checklists are on file in the Town Clerk ' s office.
Mr. Austic requested that the Board approve payment to Manley Business Machines in
the amount of $250 . 00 . Mrs . Georgia ' s transcriber needed replacing. The Town Board
unanimously approved this .
Hearing no other business the meeting adjourned at 11 : 45 AM .
