ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
JANUARY 22 , 1975
The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ithaca met in
Executive Session on Wednesday , January 22 , 1975 , at 7 : 30 P . M . in
the Town of Ithaca Offices , 108 East Green Street , Ithaca , New York ,
PRESENT : Chairman Peter K . Francese , Jack Hewett , Edward W .
King , Laurene Ripley , Edward Austen , Lawrence P . Fabbroni ( Building
Inspector ) .
The Meeting was called to order by the Chair at 7Q35 PcMn
Upon Motion by Mr . Edward King , seconded by Mr . Edward Austes; ,
it was
RESOLVED , that . the Minutes of the meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the Town of Ithaca held on January 8 , 1975 , be adopted as
presented .

Nay - None .
Abstain _ Ripley , Hewett ,
The Motion was declared to be carried .
