SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
FEBRUARY 15, 2005
PRESENT : Supervisor Doug Austic, Town Councilpeople Lee Scott, Robert Weatherby;
Roxanne Marino and Don Ellis ; Town Clerk Marsha Georgia absent .
Supervisor Austic called the meeting to order at 6 : 30 PM to review the Resolutions for
the Association of Towns Annual meeting in New York City.
The following is a record of the Town Boards vote on the resolutions to be given to Judge
Roger Rector who has been appointed the delegate for the Town of Ulysses to attend the
Annual Business Session of the Association of Towns on Wednesday, February 23rd,
2005 .

The Town Board moved and seconded the above resolutions and unanimously approve .
The Town Clerk will forward the vote on to Judge Roger Rector.
Meeting adjourned to a joint meeting with the Planning Board to discuss the Zoning Law
and Map .
