Meeting was opened at 8 : 00 AM . Note : These minutes reflect the changes made to the law any discussions are available by listening to the tapes on file. If however, the Planning Board deems the final plat to be in substantial agreement with a Preliminary Plat approved under Section 246, and modified in accordance with requirements of such approval if such preliminary plat has been approved with modification, the Planning Board may waive the requirement for such public hearing.
