SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
FEBRUARY 10, 2005

Meeting was opened at 8 : 00 AM .

County Health Department

Should read as follows :
Final Plat Filing : Any Final Plat must be stamped by the Planning Board Chair, the
Tompkins County Health Department, and Tompkins County Assessment Department
and then must be filed with the County Clerk within 92 days of the Planning Board
approval. (The County Clerk ' s filing standards may vary from the review standards of the
Town. )

Should read as follows :
Within 45 days of the Date of Submission of a Major Subdivision Final Plat in final form
for approval , the Planning Board shall hold a hearing. This hearing shall be advertised .

Advertising shall be at least once in the official newspaper of the Town and at least 5
days before the hearing. If however, the Planning Board deems the final plat to be in
substantial agreement with a Preliminary Plat approved under Section 246, and modified
in accordance with requirements of such approval if such preliminary plat has been
approved with modification, the Planning Board may waive the requirement for such
public hearing.
