Planning Board Meeting (via Zoom)
FINAL Meeting Minutes
October 19, 2021
Approved: November 2, 2021.
Call to Order: 7:08 p.m.
Present: Chair Linda Liddle, Rodney Bent, Mo Klein, Pete Angie, and John Wertis
Members of the Public Present: Scott Sherwood, Bob Winans, Nancy Cusumano, and Garrett Steiner
(w/ Bob Winans).
Agenda Review: Chair Linda Liddle added a Privilege of the Floor at the end of the meeting.
Minutes Review: (September 7th): Minutes from the last meeting were not available.
Privilege of the Floor: None.
Business
Public Hearing – Site Plan Review: SHH Properties, LLC, proposes to add camping sites to Spruce Row
Campground located at 2271 Kraft Rd, Town of Ulysses, Tax Parcel ID 26.0-01- 05.002. The property is
located in Development District No. 1. The project proposed to add 60 campsites with water, sanitary
sewer, and electric service made available.
As there was no public commentary, Board members closed the public hearing. Some discussion on the
proper length and width of fire roads for the new sites ensued. Board members then went through and
completed Part II of the long environmental assessment form (EAF) for the project identifying one
significant impact. The addition of another well has potentially significant impact that is mitigated by
seasonal usage.
The Board then tabled the vote until the 239 Review was received from the County.
