The general 'consensus of the Town Board was to continue the review of the Draft Zoning regulations after the Public Hearing on November 4th, 2004 . Continued Review of the Draft Zoning Note : These minutes reflect the changes to the ordinance; the tapes are available for any discussions that took place at the meeting. The review reconvened at section : 16. 7 Standards for Adult Entertainment Business. Mr. Austic stated that in the first paragraph it refers to studies so we will have to reference studies . 16. 8 Standards for Animals in Residential Areas No changes . 16.9 Standards for Campgrounds No changes 16. 10 Standards for Elder Cottage Housing No changes . 16. 11 Standards for Extractive Industry No changes .: 16. 12 Standards for Flag Lots Special Town Board 3 10/25/2004 1st paragraph changed to read — Flag lots as defined in Article III, Section 3 . 2 , shall meet the minimum lot area excluding the pole, lot width and depth, requirements of the zoning district within which it is located . The pole of the flag lot shall have a minimum width of 50 feet at every point. 3rd paragraph — change shall to should . 16. 13 Standards for Public Garages, Gasoline Sales Stations and Body Shops 2nd paragraph — delete or after Multiple Residence and add or Agricultural District at the end. Last paragraph — add the following at the end — The general elevation of the vehicle servicing area shall not be raised higher than two (2) feet from the surrounding properties . The review ended at this section and will reconvene November 4th, 2004 after the Public Hearing for the budget.
