HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-08-03 - TB TOWN OF ULYSSES SPECIAL BOARD MEETING DRAFT ZONING ORDINANCE REVIEW AUGUST 3, 2004 PRESENT : Supervisor Doug Austic , Town Councilmen Lee Scott, Robert Weatherby; and Don Ellis ; Councilwoman Roxanne Marino absent; Town Clerk Marsha Georgia; Deputy Supervisor Richard Coogan; Attorney Bruce Wilson and George Frantz . Others Present : David Means and Mark Hasson Supervisor Austic opened the meeting at shortly after 6PM to review the Draft Zoning Ordinance. The Board resumed review on page 21 . Note : These minutes reflect the changes to the ordinance; the tapes are available for any discussions that took place at the meeting. Attorney Wilson suggested that for a better flow of the document that the article for administration be moved to the front of the Zoning Law. It was the general consensus of the Board that this may make more sense. Mr. Frantz will work on that. ARTICLE IV — Al — AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT 4.1 Purpose It was suggested that this definition be expanded and Mr. Ellis will work on the working. 4. 6 Uses Allowed by Special Permit from the Town Board Added — Golf courses, except miniature golf courses operated on a commercial basis, l} upon approval of the Town Board IR 4. 7 Lot Area and Yard Requirements Delete front yard setback in minimum lot width and change to front lot line.
