CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Zahler called the meeting to order at 8am.

Board members- Michael Boggs, Katelin Olson, Rich Goldman, Mary Bouchard
Budget Officer- Michelle E. Wright

BUDGET DISCUSSION:
B FUND
• Public Safety Enforcement Officer & sub-lines
o Hours increased from 27-35
o 4% raise
o Discussion of whether 35 hours will be enough time
o Funding for a new vehicle that is electric- agreement to put money into reserves for
another year instead of $40,000 now
o software
A FUND
• Recreation Program
o Differences from prior years (original date from Village program, COVID impacts)
o Difference between Rec and Youth lines
o Revenue increases due to pilot programs
B FUND (Continued)
• Attorney- Used for water district exploration as well as town outside village legal fees
• Engineering- Funds for comp plan update & water study
• Contingency

Ms. Olson moved to adjourn at 10:04am. This was seconded by Ms. Bouchard and passed
unanimously.
