Loran Marion felt that this was a commercial development in a . commercial
". zone ` and the developer should be allowed to ' erect a reasonable sign . -
Robert Powers asked if ' some restriction could be put on the length
of time the sign could , be in • place .
Mr . Cowan �..advised ' that the . Zoning Drdinance . states that a sign
relating to construction may be erected for a period not to exceed
: one year and that upon approval of the Planning Board , such period
may . be extended ••. semi - annually .
