ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES
MARCH 18 , 1969
A meeting of the Town of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals was held
at the Town Offices , 108 East Green Street , Ithaca , New York at
7 : 30 P . M . on Tuesday , March 18 , 1969 .
PRESENT : Robert Powers
Anselm Soyring
Roger Sovocool
Loran Marion
David Cowan , Zoning Officer
ALSO PRESENT : Mr . Douglas Clark , 679 Coddington Road
Proof of Publicatioh was presented .
DOUGLAS CLARK - 679 CODDINGTON ROAD
Mr . Clark presented his appeal for a variance to build and use
a building not permitted under code . The Board requested an
adjournment to permit Zoning Officer and Mr . Cl rk to confer
" on the site " , and report back in April if any etter solution
could be found .
LELAND CRAWFORD - 1128 E . SHORE DRIVE
_Also , an informal conference was held with Mr . Leland Crawford ,
1128 E . Shore Drive whose architectural prints for remodeling
his house , would also require a lot - line variance before con-
struction permit could be granted . He also will attempt to
resolve this problem before the April 15th Board meeting .
