Others Present: Roxanne Marino Supervisor Austic called the meeting to order and the Board resumed review of the Land Subdivision Regulations starting with : 242 . 15 — last sentence change Town Engineer to Town Board 244 — Master Plan should be Comprehensive Plan — delete if such exist 245 . 1 — 3rd line — delete Clerk of the Planning Board — replace with Planning Board Chair - delete a newspaper of general circulation — replace with the official newspaper of the Town — last sentence —should read the hearing be further 245 . 2 — where it says ground replace with — grounds 245 . 3 — delete Clerk of the Planning Board — replace with Planning Board Chair 246 . 1 #3 — delete amount of — replace with required 246 .2 — next to last sentence needs a t in front of he 250. 1 — delete Clerk of the Planning board — replace with Zoning Enforcement Officer 250 . 2 — delete Clerk of the Planning Board — replace with Planning Board Chair — include in this section the statement that one copy should be a reproducible copy 250 . 3 — delete Clerk of the Planning Board — replace with Planning Board Chair 251 — (Note this language is taken from what the County Clerk sent me) The Final Plat : Any division of a lot, even if it is divided into only two lots, must be stamped by the Tompkins County Assessment Office . Any division of 5 or more lots must be stamped by the Planning Board Chair, the Tompkins County Health Department and Tompkins County Assessment and than filed with the County Clerk (92 days must not have elapsed since the obtaining of the Planning Board approval) . The County Clerk ' s Office will need one mylar map plus one paper copy and the filing fee . Delete Board after Town Board (2 places) #3 . — Delete Planning replace with Town Board 287 . 5 — Why this — don ' t understand — ask George 287 . 6 — delete circumference of 25 feet — replace with diameter of 8 " 290 — change Master Plan to Comprehensive Plan 291 — Delete Section The following are items that George still has to provide : Standards for Planned Unit Development Change Conservation District to Parks and Recreation Mr. Austic asked "What the Board is going to do with Judy Cones business and Allen ' s junk yard on Brook Road?" Ms . Poelvoorde stated that the only way to address it is with a Planned Development District, although she does not have 3 acres . A variance may have to be granted to have a PDD with less than 3 acres . The junkyard was there before zoning so it is now a non-conforming lot and would continue to be . The Clerk will get the last of the corrections to George and when he gets the changes and/or corrections together the Board can schedule another meeting. Mr. Austic asked the Board to review the new map . z
