Others Present : Roxanne Marino and Don Ellis The meeting opened at 6 : 30 p .m . and the Town Board resumed reviewing the Draft Zoning Ordinance . 15.6 Standards for Manufactured Home Parks Page 70 1st paragraph — delete natural plant materials and change to natural landscape plantings 6th paragraph — delete everything after "there shall be a vegetative buffer not less than 20 feet in width — add per Vegetative Buffer Design Standards 7th paragraph — 3rd line — should read — maintained with vegetative buffer. Delete everything else . 8th paragraph — 4th line — put comma after stream crossings . Last paragraph — add after recreation areas — landscaping 15.7 Standards for Adult Entertainment Business 1St paragraph - last line — delete - and a negative community reception. 3rd paragraph — make sure the districts are correct such as the combining of the hamlets 5th paragraph — add — Permitted signs shall only display name of the establishment and hours of operation . 15. 8 Standards for Campgrounds Page 72 3rd paragraph — 4th sentence — after registration put period - Add — In addition (start sentence with this) than after combinations — shall be constructed to serve the registration building structure. 4th paragraph — add at the end — marked with appropriate directional and traffic safety signage. Last paragraph — delete — replace with — Where the property fronts on a public road or highway, within the required yard area at least fifty (50) percent of the length of the frontage on said public road or highway shall be planted and maintained with vegetative buffer.
