The meeting was held at 10 Elm Street and on the Zoom videoconference platform.
Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the Town’s website and Clerk’s board.
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Zahler called the meeting to order at 8:01am.
ATTENDANCE:
The Town Clerk called the roll:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
Board members- Michael Boggs (attending remotely so unable to vote), Katelin Olson, Rich
Goldman, Mary Bouchard
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Highway Superintendent- Scott Stewart
Bookkeeper- Blixy Taetszch
EXCUSED:
Mary Bouchard
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mr. Goldman made a motion to go into Executive Session at 8:03am for the purpose of discussing
labor negotiations and the appointment of a particular person. This was seconded by Ms. Olson and
passed unanimously.
Mr. Goldman made a motion to end Executive Session at 9:30am. This was seconded by Ms. Olson
and passed unanimously.
ADJOURN:
Mr. Goldman moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:30am. This was seconded by Mr. Boggs and passed
unanimously.
