Members present: Joe Laquatra (Chair), Tom Hatfield, Craig Anderson, Marty Hatch,
and John Kiefer
Staff Members: Ray Burger (Planning Director)
Review and approval of SEQR, part two EAF: 1808 Hanshaw Road, John Carson
The Board has reviewed the sketch plan and part one of the EAF at the March
meeting. They met tonight to review part two and finish approval of the project.
T. Hatfield read part two of the Environmental Assessment Form.
Resolution # 4
M. Hatch offered the following resolution:
Whereas, the Dryden Planning Board reviewed parts one and two of SEQR regarding
the original site plan for 1808 Hanshaw Road; and
Whereas, the Planning Board did not find any significant environmental impact; and
Whereas, the Planning Board did not find nor anticipates any significant
environmental impact associated with the revised site plan;
Therefore, be it resolved, the Dryden Planning Board determined a negative
declaration for SEQR.
The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
