ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MARCH 109 1965
A meeting of the Town of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals
was called to order at 7 : 45 P . M . , Wednesday March 10 , 1965
in the Town Office at 108 East Green Street in the City
of Ithaca .
Members present were : Chairman David Poy(ers , Roger Sovocool ,
C . A . Tilton , William Scott , Jr . , Robert N . Powers and Zoning
Officer Robert J . Wells .
Also present were : Attorney LoPinto , Attorney Mulvey , Mr .
Charles Collins , Sr . , Mr . C . Collins , Jr . , Edward Collins ,
William Norton , Jerry Langdon and Alice Wells , Stenographer .
CHANGE IN MEETING NIGHTS : The meeting was called to order
at : P . M . with a discussion concerning a- change in meet -
ing nights . It was decided that the regular meeting schedule
would now be the second Wednesday of each month , upon
direction of the chairman .
FIRST CASE : A public hearing on application of Charles
Collins , Sr . was called to order upon appearance of Appellant
and
. Counsel at 7 : 55 P . M . by Chairman David Powers .
A detailed transcript of the public hearing is on file
with the Town Clerk , Town Office , 108 East Green Street
and may be referred to by any interested parties .
The public hearing was adjourned at 9 : 45 P . M . and is to
be continued on March 17 , 1965 at 7 : 30 P . M . in the Town
Office , 108 East Green Street , City of Ithaca .
