TOWN BOARD MEETING
September 27, 2017
Present: Supervisor Jason Leifer, Cl Daniel Lamb,
Cl Deborah Cipolla-Dennis, Cl Kathrin Servoss
Absent: Cl Linda Lavine
Elected Officials: Bambi L. Avery, Town Clerk
Christopher Clauson, Town Justice
Other Town Staff: Jennifer Case, Bookkeeper
Ray Burger, Director of Planning
Jack Davison, Recreation Assistant
Supv Leifer opened the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Jennifer Case distributed budgets for the A, B, DA and DB funds. Not all department
head requests had been received by her prior to today’s meeting so the numbers represent
either those given to her by the Supervisor or last year’s budget number. Department heads
shared their requests with the board as prepared.
RESOLUTION #127 (2017) – INCREASE PAY RATE FOR
REXFORD HOLLENBECK
Supv Leifer offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption:
RESOLVED, that this Town Board hereby increases the hourly rate for Rexford
Hollenbeck to $14.00 per hour effective October 8, 2017.

There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and unanimously carried,
the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
