The Ithaca Town Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, August 7th at 4:OOp.m. for the sole
purpose of considering a resolution authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign an easement associated
with the Stormwater Operation and Management Agreement for the Wedemeyer Farm located at
1458 Trumansburg Rd.

Special Meeting of the Ithaca Town Board
Tuesday, August 7,2018 4:00 p.m.
Minutes
Present: Bill Goodman, Supervisor; Pamela Bleiwas, Pat Leary, Rich DePaolo and Paulette
Rosa, Town Clerk
Mr. Goodman called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. and gave an over view of the item.
There were no questions from the Board.
TB Resolution 2018-106: Authorization for the Town Supervisor to sign Stormwater
Operation and Management Agreement and associated easements for the Wedemeyer
Farm proiect.
Resolved that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to sign the Stormwater Operation and
Maintenance Agreement and any associated easements subject to the approval of the Attorney
for the Town.
Moved: Rich DePaolo Seconded: Pat Leary
Vote: Ayes—DePaolo, Leary, Bleiwas and Goodman
Mr. Goodman adjourned the meeting at 4:04 p.m. upon a motion and a second.
