the 2016 Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant program

within the Town of Cortlandville’s Aquifer Protection District.Set a Public Hearing
date of December 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
I-9 Receive & file C’Ville, LLC Aquifer Protection permit application for
building modifications & addition at 3156 Byrne Hollow Crossing, tax
map # 105.00-01-17.000 and forward to County Planning for review
I-10 Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Permanent Easement and
Right-of-way for construction of Water Main agreement with James R. Reeners
regarding property located at 1166 Route 13
I-11 Receive & file the Annual Notice of Information for Municipal Advisory Clients
from Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board
I-12 Amend Town Board Resolution #302 of 2021 to remove ARCTDNY001, LLC
from the list of outstanding grass and weed control changes due to payment
I-13 Receive & file the comments by Nasrin Parvizi, Comprehensive Plan Committee
Chairperson dated November 29, 2021 regarding the Comprehensive Plan. The
Town Board received & filed the Comprehensive Plan Booklets at the September
1, 2021 Town Board meeting. Town Board to do the SEQR Process. Resolution
to Adopt the Town’s Comprehensive Plan dated December 1, 2021
