The Regular Meeting of the Town of Groton Planning Board was called to order by
Chairman Mark Baxendell at 7:30 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES — 19 NOVEMBER 2020
A motion was made by Member Monica Carey to approve the Minutes of the 19 November 2020
Planning Board meeting, as submitted. The motion was seconded by Member Sam Rose, with
the vote recorded as follows:
Ayes: Chair Baxendell Nays: None
Member Carey
Member Cerretani
Member Brockway Absent: Member Neuhauser
Member Rose Absent Member Maloney Hahn
Motion carried.
This becomes Action # 14 of 2020.

The application received bN^ the board detailed all the requested information determuied at the sketch
plmi to the satisfaction of the board. The board discussed questions regarding distmices from the
neighbors as well as question 5 on the SFQR review shoot was clarified as a "1'es-. it is a permitted

OLD BUSINESS
The organizational meeting was scheduled for January 21, 2021 after the public hearing. The
chair «rill be asking the Department of State for a ropy of a site plmi checklist but slid izat have time to
go over what was seizt to create a review sheet. The board was eizcouraged to atternd the webina•
trainings which there are two left this year. The Tovai Supervisor updated the board an recent solar
array uicluiries accorduig to the new Office of Renewable Energy Siting rules. Due to the minimal
details given, the parcels involved were yet unlmov.-ii.
ADJOURNMENT
At 7:50 p.m., a motion was made by Member Leon Brockway Jr. to adjouni the meeting. The motion
was seconded by Member Dal Cerretaii.. %with all members present voting in favor.
