YEAR 1979 SETTING THE LOCAL FEE
FOR DOG LICENSES IN THE TOWN OF
DAN BY, NEW YORK.
SECTION I. There no longer shall be any local
annual fee for dog licenses issued in the Town of Danby, The
statutory fee shall prevail. This local law shall be effective
retroactively to all dog licenses issued in the Town of Danby
covering the licensing year 1981.
SECTION II. This local law shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its filing in the office of the Secretary of State
in accordance with the provisions of Section 27 of the Munici-
pal Home Rule Law.

SECTION I. There no longer shall be any local annual
fee for dog licenses issued in the Town of Danby. The statutory fee
shall prevail. This local law shall be effective retroactively to
all dog licenses issued in the Town of Danby covering: the licensing
year 1981.
SECTION II. This local law shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its filing in the office of the Secretary of State in
accordance with the provisions of Section 27 of the Municipal Home
Rule Law.
