TOWN OF ULYSSES
PLANNING BOARD MEETING
10/2/01
Present : Acting Chair Richard Geiger, Planning Board Members Lorren Hammond,
David Tyler, Rose Hilbert, Mark Ochs, Paula Horrigan, and Clerk Eva Gabriel.
Also Present: Jimmie Stober, Site Development Consultant for IWO, and Keven
Crowther, Site Acquisition Consultant for IWO .
Absent: Chairman George Kennedy who had been excused from the meeting.
Acting Chairman Mr. Geiger called the meeting to order at 7 : 36 p.m.
Mr. Geiger reported that the drive test that was to be performed by IWO was rescheduled
for the morning of 10/2/01 and the Board would not receive the results from the drive test
at this time. Mr. Geiger noted that the Board would review minutes from previous
meetings.
Corrections being noted, Ms. Hilbert moved, seconded by Mr. Geiger to approve the
minutes of May 9, 2001 , as corrected and September 24, 2001 , as corrected.

Mr. Tyler abstained .
Adopted.
The minutes for the meeting held on July 18 , 2001 were reviewed and corrections noted.
With no further business, Mr. Tyler moved, seconded by Ms. Horrigan to adjourn the
meeting.
