A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town
of Ithaca was held on September 25 , 1958 at 5 : 15 P . M . in the
Town Assessor ' s office at 132 Forest Home Drive .
Members present were David Powers ; Robert Powers ,
Aldus Fogelsanger . Also present were : Ben Boynton ; Thomas
Parker , applicants and five other interested parties .
The chairman called the meeting to order to discuss
the application of Thomas Parker to divide one lot into two
with a right - of -way running through the lot nearest Northview
Road to the second lot in the rear .
Three neighbors were opposed , one non- committal ,
mainly due to possibility of establishing a precedent in per -
mitting rights - of -way through individual properties in order
to make properties accessible in rear areas .
After discussion , decision was postponed until later
date in order to discuss the matter with Mrs . Cook who was
absent .
There being no further business , the meeting was
adjourned .
