BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING
5 / 16 / 2001
PRESENT: Board of Zoning Appeals Chairman George Tselekis, Board Members
Ken Christianson, Jim Hickey, Carl Mann and Joel Warren, Zoning Clerk Karin
Canning .
ALSO PRESENT: Carl Walden .
For the purpose of viewing the site for which a use variance has been
requested, the Town of Ulysses Board of Zoning Appeals assembled at
1670 Trumansburg Road in the Town of Ulysses at 7 : 00 pm on the
evening of Wednesday, May 16th, 2001, as was scheduled at the close
of this Board's meeting of Monday, May 14th, 2001 .
Mr. Tselekis called the meeting to order at 7 : 05 pm .
The Board viewed the site .
With no further business before the Board, Mr. Hickey moved, seconded by Mr.
Warren to adjourn the meeting until 7 : 30 pm on Monday, May 21st, 2001 .

The meeting adjourned at 7 : 30 pm, and will be reconvened at 7 : 30 pm on
Monday, May 21st, 2001 at the Ulysses Town Hall , 10 Elm Street, in
Trumansburg , New York.
