HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBA Minutes 1955-06-04 The meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ithaca
was held on June 4 , 1955 at 5 : 00 P . M. at the town barn . The meeting
was duly publicized in the Ithaca Journal on May 29 and 30 , 1955 .
The members present were : Elmer Phillips , chairman; Aldus Fogelsanger ;
William Rolston; and Constance K . Eberhardt, secretary .
The chairman called the meeting to order and stated that the
purpose of the meeting was to continue the discussion of the application
of Tom Mix to erect a sign in violation of section 4 ( We
Tom Mix applied for a permit to erect a sign 4 X 7 to replace an
old 'sign . He states that he is trying to beautify the area and the
new sign is an improvement . Since the sign exceeds 12 square feet
the board decided to defer action on the application and asked Mr .
Mix to submit his design .
There being no other business the meeting adjourned .
