TOWN OF ULYSSES
BUDGET WORK SESSION - 2001
10 / 17 / 2000
PRESENT: Supervisor Douglas Austic, Councilpeople Carolyn Duddleston, Sue
Poelvoorde, and Robert Weatherby, Deputy Town Clerk Karin Lanning .
ABSENT: Councilperson Andrew Hillman .
Supervisor Austic called the session to order at 6 : 10 p . m .
Those assembled discussed the tentative 2001 budget. Proposed expenditures
on the Trumansburg Ambulance Service, proposed to start in January2001 , and
water districts were discussed and the assembled noted that all proposed
expenditures and expected revenues were realistic .
Accepting the tentative budget as presented , the Town Board members present
unanimously agreed to update the tentative budget to the preliminary budget.
A public hearing to hear comments on the preliminary budget was set at the
October 10th Regular Town Board Meeting for November 8 at 7 : 00 p . m . in the
Town Hall .
With no further business, the meeting adjourned by unanimous approval at 7 : 20
p . m .
