CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Zahler called the meeting to order at 8:03am.
ATTENDANCE:
The Town Clerk called the roll:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
Board members- Richard Goldman, Michael Boggs, Katelin Olson, Marc Devokaitis
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Second Deputy Supervisor- Michelle Wright
2021 TENTATIVE BUDGET REVIEW:
The board discussed the following funds and accounts lines:
DA FUND
Appropriations:
• Engineering (for highway)
• Maintenance of bridges
• Machinery
• Brush & weeds
• Snow removal
• Highway services, other govts.
• Employee benefits
• Reserve funding
Revenues
DB FUND
Appropriations:
• Highway maintenance
• Employee benefits
• Reserve funding
ADJOURN:
Mr. Goldman moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:34pm. This was seconded by Mr. Devokaitis and
passed unanimously.
