adopt the 2022 Preliminary Budget as the Annual Budget for the year 2022
I-7 Resolution to appointment Allen Moore as Deputy to the Water & Sewer
Superintendent effective October 18, 2021, with an annual salary of $52,449.13
I-8 Receive & file the Certificate of the Town Clerk regarding Adoption of “Local Law
No. 2 of 2021 A Local Law to Opt Out of allowing Cannabis retail dispensaries
and on-site Consumption sites as authorized under Cannabis Law Article
4”subject to Permissive referendum
