Recording minutes : Deb Austic The meeting began at 7 : 35 p.m . Kristin announced that Deb Teeter from Cooperative Extension would be at the next meeting, 11 / 10 at 8 : 00 p .m. to discuss the ag district. Veronica ' s Gardens was set for a preliminary site plan review meeting with the Planning Board at 7 : 30 p .m . Kristin handed out a more updated draft of the zoning ordinance. Doug said he thought provision for elder cottages and adult entertainment should be included in the ordinance . Kristin said she would look into those . The Boards discussed residential zone lot size and coverage for most of the meeting . There was a consensus that more than one residential zone would be needed. The Boards discussed possible lot sizes and limitations of water and sewer. High-density residential zones were discussed as possible within a PUD, near existing municipal services or in other areas with sewer and water extension. The perimeter of the village and Jacksonville were discussed as potential for smaller sized lots. Suggestions for lot sizes ranged from one to five acres . A number of criteria were suggested for larger lots, including water limitations, terrain limitations, and preservation of open space . Kristin agreed to draft regulations for three different residential zones, high density, one-acre lots, and five-acre lots . The next meeting with Kristin was set for 11 /22 at 7 : 30 p . m. The draft of the ordinance would be reviewed in depth at that time . The meeting ended at 9 : 20 p . m .
