Executive Session for the Advice of Counsel
Town of Ulysses
October 7, 2020
The meeting was held via Zoom videoconference and the meeting was noticed on the website at
ulysses.ny.us.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
Board members- Michael Boggs, Katelin Olson, Rich Goldman, Marc Devokaitis
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Attorney for the Town – Khandikile Sokoni
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Zahler called the Ulysses Town Board to order at 8:01am.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mr. Boggs made a motion to go into Executive Session at 8:03am for the purpose of advice of
counsel. This was seconded by Ms. Olson and passed unanimously.
Mr. Boggs made a motion to end Executive Session at 9:51am. This was seconded by Mr. Devokaitis
and passed unanimously.
ADJOURN:
Ms. Zahler moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:53am.
