Hatfield present. Absent: J. Baker & Z.O. S. Stewart. Also present: J. Flauaus, 0. Dominick, G. & D. Potter, W. Stokes, S. Sovocool, & H. Case. HEARING I Public he place double -w foundation on section 701 of homes. aring to consider application of James Flauaus to ide mobile home on his property on permanent Ferguson Rd. in R -B zone & is requesting variance to Town Zoning Ordinance which does not permit mobile J. Flauaus present - stated his purpose was to put up permanent home, no intent for temporary situation - felt his home would be asset to surrounding area - 1700 sq. ft., four bedrooms to be put on permanent foundation. Presented floor plan & financial commit- ment statement to Board. 0. Dominick - Home owner in immediate vicinity - concerned w /having mobile home in area not zoned for them - Own large original home nearby - concerned w /resale value of his property. Discussion: Road visibility, property boundaries, & hedgerows. Hearing closed 7:55 PM • HEARING II Public hearing to consider application of Geoffrey & Dawn Potter to sell domestic birds (parakeets, cocktiels, & lovebirds) from their home at 1145 Dryden Rd. Would not create high traffic, appointment only - no retail sales. aley Assoc. stating they had no Public hearing to consider appplication of Toothless Bears Properties to have twenty -five (25) parking spaces instead of forty - three (43) spaces required in Sec. 1401 of Town Zoning Ordinance for their businesses at 1808 Hanshaw Rd. W. Stokes present 7 Stated they had been through Site Plan Review & were permitted to have four (4) businesses on property - Three (3) • of which do not generate retail trade, only Finger Lakes James (wholesale office furniture outlet) & his business fluxuates. `! General discussion: Including wording of legal notice (not including mention of signs). Hearing closed 8 :35 PM HEARING IV Public hearing to consider application of Norman Edsall to build garage on his property at 68 Pinckney Rd. & is requesting variance to Sec. 804 -2 which requires that building be at least 15' from side property line. S. Sovocool present - (Grandson) - gave general description of property & boundaries - explained adjoining land previously owned by Besemer, now owned by Saunders Concrete - Stated concrete slab had been there for approx. 5 or 6 years, was 24'x40' and varied in depth from 6" to 3' (was excess concrete dumped into form). • Hearing closed 8 :47 PM BOARD MOVED INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. ALL HEARINGS REOPENED 9 :20 PM. DECISIONS: HEARING I (Flauaus) D. Rose motion to grant variance w/ following stipulation: 1. Double -wide mobile home must be placed on permanent foundation. Seconded by N. LaMotte. No discussion. VOTE ALL YES HEARING II (Potter) Variance GRANTED w /stipulation. C. Hatfield motion to grant variance w/ following stipulation: 1. If ZBA Seconded by VOTE applicant adopts for review. regular business hours, must return D. Rose. No discussion. If change of business occupancy creates need for parking space in excess of 25 spaces, additional parking must be provided. Seconded by C. Hatfield. No discussion. VOTE ALL YES Variance GRANTED w /stipulat.ion. HEARING IV (Edsall) N. LaMotte motion to grant variance. Seconded by C. Hatfield. No discussion. vote all yes Variance GRANTED N.
