TUESDAY , JULY 15 , 1980
The Town of Ithaca Planning Board met in regular session in Town
Hall , 126 East Seneca Street ( second floor ) , Ithaca , N . Y . , on Tuesday ,
July 15 , 1980 , at 7 : 30 p . m .
PRESENT : Chairman Henry Aron , Liese Bronfenbrenner , Montgomery May ,
Barbara Schultz , Lewis Cartee ( Building Inspector ) , Barbara Restaino
( Planner ) .
ALSO PRESENT : Donna Kessler ( WTKO ) .
Chairman Aron called the meeting to order at 7 : 34 p . m . , noting that
a quorum was not present .
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
It appearing that a quorum was not going to be present , the members
present discussed the Agenda items before them , reviewing the sign
applications , reviewing a proposed resolution in re the abandonment of
Hudson Street ; Extension , and perusing the final draft of the Planning
Board ' s proposed. By - Laws .
ADJOURNMENT
Upon Motion , the Chair declared the July 15 , 1980 , meeting of the
,dam Town of Ithaca Planning Board adjourned to July 22 , 1980 , at 7 : 30 p . m . ,
the Agenda to remain the same . It was decided that if no quorum were
available for July 22nd , the adjournment would be until July 29th . The
Secretary will apprise all members and interested parties of the meeting
date . The meeting ended at 8 : 10 p . m .
NEXT MEETING
The Town of Ithaca Planning Board will meet next on Tuesday ,
September 9 , 1980 .
