I-6 Resolution authorizing the Town Court to apply for a Justice Court Assistance
Program (JCAP) Grant in the 2021-22 Grant cycle up to $30,000.00 for a bag
scanner
I-7 Set a Special Town Board meeting for Tuesday, October, 5th at 12:00 p.m. for the
Town Clerk to present the Board with the Tentative Budget
I-8 Receive & file Resolution #236-21 from the Cortland County Legislator dated
August 26, 2021 regarding the allocated funds in the amount of $500,000. of the
American Rescue Plan Act funds 2021/2022 for further development at the
Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC)
a.) Receive & file the correspondence dated August 25, 2021 to Cortland County
Legislator Chairperson, Paul Heider from City of Cortland Mayor Brian Tobin
regarding the Mayor's support of the allocation of $500,000.from the American
Rescue Plan Act 2021/2022 for further development at the Gutchess Lumber
Sports Complex (GLSC)
I-9 Resolution to extend Local Law of 2021 Moratorium of Installations of
Ground-Mounted Large Scale Energy Solar System Facilities in the Town of
Cortlandville
I-10 Address an ethical issue regarding the action of a Town Board Member. Also,
receive & file the letter dated January 5, 2021 from Town Board Member, Doug
Whithey to the Cortlandville Zoning Board of Appeals regarding Illuminated Signs
in the Town
I-11 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Discharge of Mortgage of Sean P. Conkrite,
4122 McGraw North Road regarding the Town’s 2013 CDBG Program
I-12 Approve Final Payment, Drawdown #19 in the amount of $7,826.19 regarding the
Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program (CDBG # 287HR323-19)
a.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Annual Performance Report regarding
the Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program (CDBG # 287HR323-19)
