Present : Chair Peter Demjanec, Krys Cail , and Building Inspector Alex Rachun.

The meeting came to order at 7 : 35 p . m . The Board reviewed and discussed the
draft of Site Planning Review dated 7/ 15/98 . Sections 310 through 312 were reviewed
and minor changes were made . The Board decided to go longer at the next meeting,
August 19th, and finish reviewing the ordinance so it could then be sent to the Town' s
attorney for review. Peter reported that in lieu of writing a separate adult entertainment
ordinance, the Board could include any restrictions in the commercial zoning ordinance ,
which would be the next project before the Board . The meeting ended at 9 : 05 p .m .
