' '' 6-L- A report was made by Bob Christianson , representative to the Park Board , that this month ' s meeting of the Park Board had been cancelled . There was no new information to be presented concerning the Board at this time . Otto Schoenfeld requested review of his plans for the Burleigh Drive area of Wellington Park . and asked for a recommenda - tion from the Planning Board before going ahead with plans . Area residents are requesting that Sandra Road not be completed , since they wish to prevent the flow of through traffic through this area and wish to keep it residential and prevent further commercial development . Mr . Joseph Di Giacomo , of Williamsburg Park Associates , proposed delaying the completion of Sandra Road until a constituency develops in this area at which time the Road could be finished if the residents felt there was a need for it . A recommendation was also made that the road be completed and then blocked off until the need for its use was apparent . Mr . Scannell recommended that this matter be presented to the Town Board . The Planning Board had already recommended to the Town Board the construction of Sandra Road . If the Town Board wishes to allow a temporary closure on Sandra Road after its completion , The Planning Board will be in agreement with their decision . David Cowan reported to the Planning Board that the sign for Kennelworth will be removed or appropriate legal actions will be instituted . Discussion was then held concerning the George Ideman property . Mr . Cowan asked for a recommendation from the Planning Board concerning the proper screening of this property . Mr .
