Call to Order
Supervisor Engman called the meeting to order at 5 : 20 p . m .
Agenda Item No . 3 — Consider Resolution of Support for the Justice Court Assistance
Program Grant Application
Supervisor Engman introduced the proposed resolution and asked for someone to move it .
Councilman Levine , moved and Councilman DePaolo seconded .
Hearing no further discussion , Supervisor Engman called for a vote . Motion approved 4-0 .
TB RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 176: JUSTICE COURT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT
APPLICATION
WHEREAS: in 2008 the NYS State Legislature once again established the Justice Court
Assistance Program to assist towns and villages in the operation of its Justice Courts, and
WHEREAS: the Chief Administrative Judge of the State 's Unified Court System is once again
entertaining grant applications for the year 2008, and
WHEREAS: the deadline date for application is August 31 , 2008,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED: that this governing Board authorizes and directs the Town Justices to complete and
file the 2008 Justice Court Assistance Program Grant Application with the State of New York 's
Unified Court System
MOVED: Councilman Levine
SECONDED: Councilman DePaolo

Councilman DePaolo, aye; Councilman Stein, absent, Councilwoman Hunter,
absent; Councilman Goodman, absent.
Motion approved
Agenda Item No . 4 — 5 : 23 p . m . — Consider going into Executive Session
Supervisor Engman introduced Agenda Item No . 4 and asked for someone to move it .
Councilman Stein moved and Councilman Levine seconded .
At 5 : 55 p . m . the Town Board Members returned from Executive Session .
Agenda Item No . 4 — Consider Adjournment
A motion was made by Councilman Stein and seconded by Councilman DePaolo to adjourn
Supervisor Engman adjourned the meeting at 5 : 55 p . m .
