A special rieeting of the Town of Ithaca Planning Board was held at the
Toir,nn Of fi ces ; 1. 08 East Green Street , Cit ; of Ithaca , New York , at
7 : 00 P . M . on Monday , I'lla ^ ch 69 1967 .
Members of the Board present : Cha:r-maxi Noel Desch , Walter Schwan ,
James Lacy , Dan Bake % , Elr:.er Phillips and Secretary Cheryl So Beninatic
Theo meeting was ca. l 1 ed to review the resolutions concerning; the
Bandl wyck PaxIk development passed by the Town P larnni ng; Board on
October 6 , 1966 and January 149 1967 .
:the developer presented tha plans for the 5 . 7 acre Reulein tract for
the benefit of the members of the Town Planning Board and the members
of the Town Zoning Board of Appeals
A discussi. on was held concerning the development after which the two
boards moved to separate rooms for execut ? ve deliberationo
The Town Planning; Board resolved lzhat the subjact resolutions having
been duly reviewed are ?reaffirmed herewith .
The above resolution mLoved by Waltenr Schwan , seconded by Dan Bakker and
carried b,a the following vote : Ayes Walter Schwan , Dan Baker , Elmer
Phillips , and Jai=-- s Lacy; nays mono
