A meeting of the Town of Ithaca Planning Board was held at
the Towyn Offices , 1. 00 Eas •r: Craven Street , City of Ithaca , at

w ich were adoptzed at the July 13 meating. Upon motion by Mrs
Wiggins , seconded by Hr � �:1esch and app -roved by unanimous vote ,

Niro Wiggins made a motion that 3. n view of the fact that Pir „ Lucente
has complied with the condi ti ons of the Ordinance as set forth in
the minutes of it- he Special. Meeting , the Zoning Officer be directed
to replssue the building permits for 6103 , 507 and Ell Winston Caurt9

Mr . Hamilton stated that the creeds for Lots 1. 6 and 17 were recorded ,,

it would have to be a large map ( scale m 400 feet - 1 inch ) . Mr .
Wigains stated that Vgat the Board wanted to accomplish would not
be accomplished by reducing the map in size , mr <, wigMins also
