I-sZembers present were : Chairman Loran Triarion , Frank Liguori , Gordon Waring , Walter Wiggins , John Vasse and Robert J . ,dells Also present were : Mr . R . We Woolf , Jry WOOLF SUBS DIVISION The problems of drainage in the Woolf Su a ivisxon were under discussion at this time and after reviewing the entire history , the following motion was made by Liguori , seconded by Waring and passed by 4 ayes and 1 abstentions " This Board having received complaint from the owners of lots 2 and 3 of the Woolf SubmDivision and having reviewed the facts as outlined by B . K . Hough , Town Engineer , Mrs T . Miller , the Engineer for the developer and the New York State Resident Engineer $ Mr . H.afermalzy find no cause for action against the sub divider to relieve the drainage problem * these lots having been developed and graded by the purchasers and not the sub divider , and the road culvert and resultant water drainage being unchanged in the last 40 or more years . " PRINCE SUBDIVISION r A public hearing on the A . Prince " Eas woo o I aca , Inc . " Sub - Division was . called to order at 9 : 15 P . Mo Proof, of publication was presented . tire Prince presented his plat showing 14 lots to be located along a loop road shown roughly as an extension of existing Homestead Road and c ^ ossing the town line just south of the Sprinkle property . Mrd Liguori questioned the sizes of lots 111 , 112 and 113as shown , these lots being approximately 450 square feet short of the minimum requirements . No persons appeared -to speak against this plana A notion was made by viiggins , seconded by Liguori and passed by unanimous vote : " Move that preliminary approval be granted this Sub�Division , as shown on Carl Crandall nap dated 10/30/62 ,, but conditioned Planning Bcard Minutes duly 1964 Page 2 upon provision of public water and sewer and that the application be referred to the Regional Planning Board size variances are granted on all. lots and the balance of necessary forms and information rust be Furnished prior to building of any houseso " RUSSELL HEIGHTS SUBS DIVISION A public hearing was held on le usse e3g _ 7 riv :isiond Proof of publication was presented to the Board regarding the proposed Russell 'Heights Sub -Division and all persons desiring . to be heard on the matter having been heard , the Board passed the following resolution by unanimous vote : A motion was made by Liguori and seconded by Vasse Move that the Bussell Heights Sub Division , as shown on a plat by Rn McDowell dated 5/1/641, showing lots #1 through 35 be approved , excluding those lots ( 28 through 35 ) located westerly of the Codding on Roadv VAs approval is conditioned upon : 1 .
