PLANNING BOARD MINUTES

Mr * paring was not present to report on the committee study
of this proposal ,;. so no official action was taken. .. The new
road access presents a problem in that there is presently shown
distance: of about 200 feet from the crest of a knoll and
• the Coddington Road -to the new road intersection which could
well present a traffic hazard.
Tilro A , Hoefer questioned the location of a survey point
as shown on the Crandall and McDowell surveys of this area ,

over on his property , to the best of his knowledge ,
CASE SUBDIVISION Mvv% Harry Hamilton presented a tentative

to having any problems recognized before Engineering Drawings

It is the unanimous opinion of this board that the Tovn should
acquire sites for neighborhood play parks ,, as a general. Town
expense , then grade and seed the, lots o The expense of a,ny

It is hereby requested that the Regional Planning Board submit
