A special meeting of the Tovm of Ithaca .Planning Board
was called for and held at Joe ' s Restaurant at 12 noon

Members present mere : r0ha,irman Marion , Liguori , Wiggins ,
and Vasse .
Also present weren Mr . D . Matz , for Matz Inca and Gray
Haven. Motel , and also Robert - J ? Wells , Zoning Cffzcerd

After examination and study of said plaza and upon motion
