The need for water and sewer in the area was stressed and the failure of the area to develop as presently zoned was noted , 14r , Cray ' s request for rezoning from Business " B " to Business !10 " was mainly based on the fact that his use , plus the Cortri.ght Electric and zee wire Carden uses are all , at this time , of a non- confo�aa.��;. nature , Upon mots On by John Nasse , seconded by Frank Liguori and unanimous vote , this Board recommends to the Town Board that the present areas zoned Bugi.ness " B " ( 4 ) along bath vides of the Elmira Road near its intersection with Seven Mile Drive be rezoned to Busim6s 8le " .
