Minutes Sept . 22nd meeting approved .
Attorney Fred Bryant introduced Mr . Gregg of the P& C Food cwho presented a
site plan snap of the old roller rink on the geeo I man RM201ty which is to be ram
modeled into a super market . Property lines and area to be paved were indicated
on this map, also new entrance drive from Kitchell St . Plans for rear parking and
architecture of store rear adjacent to Judd Falls Road were questioned by Phillips .
The board was assured, by Mr . Gregg that the rear of the store would be in the best
of taste and in keeping with other structures in the area . Mr . Gregg requested that
a preliminary approval be given the P & C Co . so black top pawing could commence
before the cold weather set in * In a motions by Phillips with second by Waring the
following resolution was agreed to by the boards "Provisional approval granted to
the P & •C Food Co.. as follows;
Stage 1 approval of paved access roads and parking area with variance
of side yard requirements
Stage 2 m final approval of the site plan contingent on more complete
landscaping of drive and parking between Judd Falls Road and
building in accordance with exist1mg ordinances .
Also present relative to the P & ' C Store were John Burnes , Geo Idesman and Bill
Meyers .
John Marion presented a now plot plan of the ane Trse - Sjaferyll.le Road area
in which new lot layout and other minor changes had been made . After inspection
and discussion by the board it was suggested that Mr . Marion prepare the nec�
essary documents and cloth drawings . for final approval at the next meeting . It
was also agreed by the board that a variance be granted on lot numbers 12 and 18
which fall slightly short of the front footage requirements .
Chairman Liguori reported on the Kendall = Penn Ave . Urban Renewal Plan meeting
which was held at the home of one of the arra residence . Generally they seemed
to be quite interested in this improvement program.. He stated they were interested
in foraying a sewer district and also of forming a Civic Assoc . in that area .
Only a small group were at this sheeting Liguori reported but it is hoped that a
meeting with more representation could be held in the near future .
No report on proposed Tcnm Hall due to absence of John Vasse . Planning Board
would also like to give more time to Town Board to determine space necessary for
their requirements . °
Phillips reported on Go I , 1 . P . B . ,,meting and also asked for the boards feeling
on the setting aside the G1 n area as a future recreational or park area ®
l After discussion it was the general feeling of the Planning Board that they did
not favor any action at this time . In a ,,notion by Marion with second by Perm it
was agreed to table this issues
