N . W. Civic assoc . to hold meeting at 7 : 30 P .R . May 24th at Hospital Auditorium . Board
members invited to attend .
In a motion by Phillips and second by Yarion the Planning Poard approved and recommended
to the Town Board the payment of $293 . 02 for land study in N . W. area and 9182 . 00 for study
of Tripharzer - Warren Road *area . Both bills payable to the G . E . R. P . B . Notion carried . T
Ojoat was reported by Bruska that a trailer park for students was not favored by Cornell and
that student need for trailers and/or trailer srace was small . It was the feeling of the
Board that Sect . 59 of the Zoning Ordinance should be revised and amended .
Ben Boynton noted to the Board that a dump site for the Town would be necessary in the
�pnot too far distant future and steps should be taken now in locating some area . Locations
D-1 e ° to be investigated by the groups .
Meeting adjourned at 11 : 00 P . Y . Next meeting June 9th .
