Gentlemen :
In connection with your approval of Rocco
Lucenti ' s Winston Drive subdivision , I wish to make
the following statement .
In the development of said subdivision , I will
establish either a private recreation area or a
recreation club for the entire neighborhood with
preference in membership to the people of the various
• areas I have developed . If I decide upon the pri -
vate recreation area , it will be on either Lot 44 or
45 . If I decide upon a public club , Lot 62 and 64
will be used for that purpose .
