Printing bill from Wilcox Press in the Amount of $282 . 80 for Zoning Nap and
Schedule was approved for payment . A portion of this bill to be paid by Tompkins
Coop Insurance Co . for revision they asked for after printing was started .
Letter from Boynton to Planning Board outlining area ' s of work was referred
to Vasse for report at next meeting .
Meeting adjourned at 11 : 10 P .M. Next meeting Nay 4 , 1960 .

Public Hearing on Zoning Ordinance
County Court House ,
April 21 , 1960
Approximately 25 people attended the public hearing on the Zoning Ordinance .
Only three locations were questioned by those present , the locations were Penne
• Ave as light industry, and Business A for a professional building and insurance
building on T�burg Road .
People present objected more to the drug store being in the professional building
than the building itself . They felt this would incourage more stores etc which they
did not want . They also felt there was no need to have the insurance building in
this location. Frank Liguori reporting for Dr . DeProsse , chairman of the NW Civic
Assoc . stated that the association had no objections to either of the buildings ®

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 276 of the Town
Law as amanded , a public hearing will be held by the Planning
Board of the Town of Ithaca , Tompkins County , New York , on
April 20th at 8 : 30 p . m . at 213 E . Seneca St . , Ithaca , New York ,
for the purpose of '\jKddtfK�; the application of Rocco Lucente
considering
for approval of a plat entitled Winston Drive Subdivision ,
bounded , North by Heasley , South by Lucente Morris Farm , East
by Lucente and Cornell , West by Tareyton Road Subdivision , showing
new streets shown as Winston Rd . , Salem Rd . , Winston Ct . ; also
the application to subdivide the said premises showing lots for
Residential and Apartment use .
All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportun—
ity to be heard in respect to such proposed application . Persons
may Appear in person or by agent .
